Muhammad Fahim Islam, ACA, FCCA has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various roles and organizations. Muhammad Fahim is currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Mukhtar A. Sheikh Hospital, where they provide independent opinions on financial management and operations. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Accounts and Finance at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, where they managed day-to-day financial activities and ensured compliance with financial standards. Before that, they were the Assistant Manager of Finance & Accounts at Shifa International Hospitals Limited, where they prepared financial statements and implemented internal controls. Their career began at KPMG in Pakistan, where they worked as a Senior Audit Associate and gained experience in audit strategy, internal control evaluation, and report drafting.

In 2019, they became a Certified Sisoft HMIS Finance Application Specialist from Sisoft Healthcare Information Systems. Most recently, in 2020, they acquired the SAP S/4 HANA (FI) certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
