Andrew Pearson

Andrew Pearson is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in managing environmental and land permitting for renewable energy projects. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of Environmental at Mulilo Energy since November 2019, Andrew leads a team focused on permitting and license applications for large-scale solar and wind projects. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as an Ecology Specialist- Avifauna at Arcus Consultancy Services Ltd, where studies on bird monitoring for wind energy facilities were conducted. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as an Avifaunal Specialist at the Endangered Wildlife Trust and as an Environmental Manager at Basil Read, where environmental management and ISO 14001 compliance were key responsibilities. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Conservation Ecology from Stellenbosch University.
