Jerry P. Rempel

Jerry Rempel is a Certified Specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation in the State of California. Prior to practicing law, he was a claims examiner with California State Automobile Association, handling claims for all lines of business for CSAA. Jerry started his legal carrier representing applicants in the California workers’ compensation system, and transitioned to representing defendants exclusively in 2003. Additionally, he has advised and represented employers in ADA/FEHA matters, Cal/OSHA claims, wrongful termination and wage and hour claims. Jerry has also successfully argued cases before the California Courts of Appeal.

Jerry attended Butte College, earning his degree in Pre-Law studies/Political Science in 1994. He then attended Cal Northern School of Law and completed a four year Juris Doctorate program.

Jerry is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation.
