Manuela Carmen Nastasoiu obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu in the years 1984-1989. Additionally, they obtained the ASME Y-14.5 Senior Certification from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers in June 1996 and the Design for Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from General Motors DFSS in 2003.
