Lilly Kate (Hollis) Lambright has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lilly Kate started their career as a Videographer for Samford University Athletics, where they provided film of practices and supported video editing efforts. Lilly Kate then worked as a Photography Intern for Daystar Counseling Ministries and a Freelance Photographer for the Tennessee Titans, where they coordinated with designers for photography needs and captured events and games.

In 2020, Lilly Kate interned as a News Media Intern for Travel Weekly Group Ltd, where they supplemented the magazine's website with news stories and helped improve their LinkedIn presence. Lilly Kate also worked as a Digital Media & Photography Intern for Maddie Moore Creative LLC, contributing to digital media and photography projects.
