Peter Sommers has a diverse and extensive work experience in the media industry. Peter began their career as a Media Relations Intern at CNBC in 1998. Peter then worked at WestWayne as a Media Supervisor from 1999 to 2005. Following that, they joined MediaCom as a Media Supervisor from 2006 to 2007.
In 2007, Peter joined PHD Media as a VP, Group Strategy Director, where they handled various high-profile clients such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Hiscox small business insurance, PPGs Glidden & Olympic paints, Grocery Manufacturers Association, Empire State Development (Startup NY & NYS Tourism), and American Legacy Foundation's truth and becomanex.org. Peter stayed at PHD Media until 2015.
From 2015 to 2018, Peter worked at Huge as a VP, Media. Peter then joined Dentsu Aegis Network as an SVP, Global Account Director from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, Group Media Director at Mediahub Worldwide since September 2019.
Peter Sommers attended Emory University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Peter'sstudies at Emory University focused on marketing, finance, and political science. Additionally, they attended Emory University's Goizueta Business School during the same period, specializing in marketing and finance.
