Ros Reeves

Ros has over 20 years’ experience in corporate human resources and talent strategy. She spent much of her career as a Global HR Director in Media and Advertising working on diverse projects focused on organisational growth, acquisitions and mergers. Recently, Ros ran her own HR Consultancy working across sports administration, property development and facilities management, hospitability and human services.

Ros has a firm understanding of Australian employment law and international employment practices, having played a key role in working with a variety of CEOs, leadership teams and Boards developing people, culture and development strategies across a range of industries, organisations and cultures, focusing on leadership development, workforce planning, diversity, talent acquisition, organisational development, succession planning, workplace and industrial relations, workplace health and safety and wellness.
