Todd is Multek’s Chief Technology Officer and has worked in the PCB fabrication industry over 30 years. After graduation from College, Todd took a position in the PCB Manufacturing assisting in Process Engineering. This provided exposure early in his career to tooling integration, equipment installation, mechanical CNC support and Electrical Test. In 1989 he moved into Design Support Engineering where he focused on CAM Engineering, later becoming the Pre-Production Engineering Manager. During this time he took a leadership role supporting all facets of PCB Engineering and Production Management.
In 1996 he took a new position with a major CM as a key member of an SI Engineering Team. There he developed support structure and system level engineering on NPI and performance critical programs. In 1998 Todd returned to PCB fabrication as a Sr Director of Engineering and Systems in a QTA Fabricator in San Jose, California. In 2002 he moved back into Process Engineer as Director of the Process Engineering team, directly responsible for working with and developing manufacturing guidelines, facility enhancements and equipment installation. In 2006 Todd was transferred to the parent company and promoted to VP of Product Development for this top 5 Global PCB Fabricator. At this capacity he was responsible for creating systems and integrating process for manufacturing synergies between North America and Asia facilities.
In 2009 Todd joined Multek providing FAE support for tier 1 customers in the Western United States. In 2012 Todd was promoted to Senior Director of Design and Engineering with Global responsibility within Multek and Flex supporting all facets of PCB Fabrication from Design, Supply Chain and Quality Support. In 2018 Todd took over as Acting CTO for Multek supporting the global teams in both technology development and field engineering support.
