Previously, Todd held senior leadership roles at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, including Director of Continuous Improvement for the Americas, and at PaperWorks Industries, Inc. as Vice President of Quality and Continuous Improvement. Additionally, Todd has a notable history at Graphic Packaging International, where career progression included various managerial and leadership positions in continuous improvement, quality, and lean deployment, spanning over two decades. Todd's qualifications are further enhanced by Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
