Danie Wium

Danie Wium is currently a Doctoral Engineering Student at Multi.engineering conducting a doctoral study with Ghent University. Prior to their current role, Danie worked as a Design Engineer at Icarus Marine where Danie focused on the design and analysis of sea vessels. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Danie has gained valuable experience through internships at Sinapi Biomedical and Rheinmetall Denel Munition. Education-wise, Danie holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stellenbosch University, a Master's degree from the same institution, and has also completed a semester exchange at the Technical University of Munich. Danie is currently pursuing a Doctor of Maritime Engineering degree at Ghent University.
