Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and was the owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
