Veronica Alfaro Cabado

Veronica Alfaro Cabado is an accomplished professional in the field of artificial intelligence, specializing in natural language processing and user experience. Currently serving as a Chatbot Project Manager at Multiasistencia since September 2020, Veronica oversees the project strategy and manages client relationships while coordinating a cross-functional team of experts. Veronica has also held roles as a Speech Technologies Expert at inConcert, where responsibilities included voice and text user interface design, and as a Speech Scientist & Conversation Designer at Fonetic, focusing on NLP and NLU. Additionally, Veronica is an Ambassador for Women in Voice and has extensive experience as a Software Engineer at Prosodie and as a researcher during academic pursuits, which include a PhD candidacy at Rey Juan Carlos University. Veronica holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Linguistics and Literature Theory and a High-Level Technical Degree in Computer Applications Development.
