Kristin Gilman

Kristin Gilman is an experienced professional in talent development and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development & Culture at Indigo since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kristin held various positions at MultiCare Health System from May 2016 to July 2022, including Sr Consultant for Leadership & Organizational Development and Employee Engagement & Experience Consultant, where responsibilities included managing community health initiatives. Additionally, Kristin contributed as Board Secretary for the Claire Bear Foundation from July 2019 to July 2022, focusing on safe sleep education and child care advocacy. Earlier career experiences include roles as Health Services Consultant for the State of Washington and Health Educator at MultiCare Health System, among others. Kristin earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and a BA in Spanish Language and Literature and English from Loyola University Chicago.
