Michael then moved to Air New Zealand in 2014 as an Inflight Service Promoter and Senior Flight Attendant, where they promoted company products and implemented marketing strategies. In 2021, they joined Yinhong Mobile House (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd as a Business Development Manager and Account Manager, focusing on improving team members' cultural awareness and understanding customer needs. Currently, they work at Multichain as an Account Manager & Community Engagement Specialist, building long-term relationships with business partners.

Michael G. completed their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2008 at the University of Sunderland, where they obtained a BA (Honours) degree in Business Management. In 2020, they also received additional certification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) through the CELTA program at Cambridge.
