Kate Forsyth

Kate Forsyth has extensive experience in utility expense management and energy management within the multifamily industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Utility Expense Management at Multifamily Utility Company since May 2019, Kate has previously held roles such as Account Management Manager and Regional Sales Manager. At WaterWatch Corporation from October 2017 to April 2019, responsibilities included shaping and implementing the sales agenda as a National Sales Executive. During a tenure at Minol USA from August 2009 to October 2017, Kate focused on developing a comprehensive utility energy management program, overseeing various aspects from utility bill processing to leak detection. Earlier, at AvalonBay Communities from August 1986 to August 2006, Kate served as the Director of Energy Management, completing a notable career with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and cost management. Additionally, Kate is pursuing education at the University of Phoenix.
