Gonzalo Barbadillo

Gonzalo Barbadillo Mateos is the CEO and Founder of Multilem Worldwide, a global Brand Experience Agency established in November 2016, where creativity, strategy, and production are merged to craft exceptional brand journeys. Additionally, Gonzalo serves as President of Club de Rugby Complutense Cisneros since April 2018. Prior to these roles, Gonzalo held various significant positions in leading companies, including Director at PwC, Senior Manager at Deloitte, and Consulting Director at Aon Hewitt, focusing on human resources, strategy, and compensation consultancy. Gonzalo's extensive education includes a Master's in Human Resources Management and Organization Strategy from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
