Robin Rivera has a strong background in digital marketing and advertising. They began their career at Aegis Philippines as an agent, conducting background verifications for applicants' future employment. They quickly moved up to become a Team Lead, managing a group of agents and maintaining and improving overall metrics. After their time at Aegis Philippines, Robin worked at Veritas Financial Partners as a Marketing Analyst, responsible for creating marketing tools and presentations for prospective clients, as well as conducting extensive research. They then joined Cognizant as a Digital Campaign Manager, where they managed online advertisements and dynamic campaigns for major clients such as Warner Brothers, Nissan, and Safeway. Robin coordinated with media and creative agencies for successful campaign launches. Following this, they worked at Kenzai Inc. as a Digital Marketing Manager, Amadeus as a Digital Media Campaign Manager in APAC, and Acquire BPO as a Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator. Most recently, Robin joined multilocal as a Jr. Client Services Manager in APAC.
Robin Rivera earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Robin has obtained several certifications, including the "Advertising on Facebook: Advanced" from LinkedIn in June 2021, and the "Campaign Manager Certification," "Google Ads Display Certification," and "Google Ads Search Certification" from Google in January 2021.
