Velislava Gospodinova, HRBP

Velislava Gospodinova has a diverse work experience in various roles within the business operations and HR fields. Velislava is currently working at Multilogin as the Head of Business Operations and HR. In this role, they oversee the supporting teams of the group and is responsible for setting and driving goal settings, developing systems to track metrics, and advising the business on organizational and business changes. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Operations and HR at Youpal Group, where they set up processes in all departments and led the HR department. Velislava also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Fairhead Creative, where they were responsible for all processes, systems, and client communication. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Project Manager at STS Medical Group and as a Site Manager at Datorama, where they handled integration processes and served as a point of contact for client escalations.

Velislava Gospodinova, HRBP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Economic Analysis from the University of Strasbourg, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Petersburg College from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Velislava has obtained various certifications. Velislava is a Certified Strategic HR Leader, Certified Compensation & Benefits Professional, and a Certified HR Business Partner, all of which they obtained from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in January and February 2023. Velislava has also obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2018. Moreover, they hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Scrum Fundamentals from Projecta Ltd., which they obtained in November 2017.
