Gerald Kozel

Gerald has more than 25 years of corporate Securities and Exchange Commission and public accounting experience. Most recently he served as Vice President and Controller at ComEd, an Exelon company, where he was responsible for accounting operations, internal controls, and financial reporting. Gerald started his career at Arthur Andersen, followed by Deloitte, where he focused on auditing large public companies.
