Jacqueline Vázquez Terrones has a diverse range of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Jacqueline is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Multiplica Talent since February 2022, where they focus on hiring personnel for IT and digital positions. Prior to that, Jacqueline held the role of IT & Digital Recruiter at Multiplica Talent starting from May 2021.

Before joining Multiplica Talent, Jacqueline worked at Cliber as an IT | Talent Acquisition professional from July 2020 to May 2021. Jacqueline was responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for various industries.

Jacqueline also gained experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at PALO IT, where they worked from April 2020 to July 2020. PALO IT is an international consultancy firm specializing in Human-Centered Design and Agile Software Development.

Jacqueline'searlier work experience includes roles as an IT Recruiter at Xideral from November 2017 to March 2020, where they recruited IT professionals for sectors such as finance, telecommunications, and services. Jacqueline also worked as an IT Recruiter at Pounce Consulting from April 2016 to September 2017.

Jacqueline Vázquez Terrones completed a Scrum Foundations Course with the Scrum Alliance in 2021. In 2015, they obtained a diploma in Family Therapy from the Instituto Beateson de Terapia Sistémica. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Guadalajara, which they attended from 2010 to 2015.
