Karla Nava is a seasoned service designer and user experience specialist with extensive experience in designing and implementing service strategies across various industries. Currently serving as a Service Designer for BBVA while also holding the title of Senior Service Designer at BBVA en México since April 2022, Karla has previously led service design efforts at Synapbox and has contributed significantly to user experience initiatives in both public and private sectors. With a strong background in user-centered design methodologies and a proven track record in mentoring and education, Karla has been instrumental in the development of user experience curricula and digital platforms. Karla's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and advanced studies in UX Management and Emotional Design through the Interaction Design Foundation.
