Ian Moore

Ian Moore is an experienced professional in Agile learning and development, currently serving as an Agile Learning & Development Specialist at Multitude Bank since April 2018. Previously, Ian held roles as an Enterprise Agile Coach and Internal Trainer at Multitude and Ferratum Group, respectively. With a long tenure at Black Box from 1994 to 2018, Ian advanced to the position of Head of Training and Development and also served as Producing Artistic Director for Black Box Theatre Company. Additionally, Ian's experience includes a position as Creative Learning Manager at Regent Theatre & Victoria Hall, where responsibilities encompassed developing creative learning strategies and enhancing educational outreach. Ian's educational background includes a Master’s degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies and a PGCE in Teaching from Newcastle University and Mid Cheshire College.
