Chauncey Nartey

Chauncey Nartey is the current Head of US Admissions at Multiverse. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at General Assembly from August 2020 to February 2022. Nartey has also held positions as the 2020 Workforce Systems Leadership Fellow at Coro New York Leadership Center from May 2020 to April 2021, Chief Program Officer at projectBASTA from December 2019 to July 2020, Vice President at Goldman Sachs from November 2015 to November 2019, Head of HR & Talent at ROADS Charter High Schools from February 2014 to November 2015, and Program Manager at the NYC Department of Education from June 2011 to February 2014.

Chauncey Nartey has a BA in Political Science and Public Policy Studies from Duke University and an MA in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Chauncey is certified in Leadership Strategies and The Effective Facilitator from SHRM and holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
