Jen Ching

Jen Ching is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Strategy and Operations Lead at LVNDR Health since January 2022. Previously, Jen held various roles at Komaza from January 2019 to December 2021, including Strategy & Special Projects and Expansion Lead, where responsibilities involved overseeing the successful expansion of the company in East Africa and developing sustainable business models. Additional experience includes serving as an On Deck Climate Tech Fellow, an Associate Fellow at I-DEV International, and a Manager at Nous Group, focusing on investment advisory and managing strategic projects across diverse sectors. Jen's early career includes impactful fellowships at TechnoServe, contributing to agricultural innovations and policy recommendations, complemented by a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
