Giancarlo Gargiulo has a comprehensive work experience in the telecommunications and sales industry. Giancarlo started their career with Omnitel in 1996 as a call center operator and later moved into the development of CRM and billing systems. Giancarlo then joined Vodafone Italia as a CRM specialist and eventually became a call center supervisor, managing various markets and activities. In 2011, they transitioned into teleselling sales and worked as a key account manager. In 2013, Giancarlo became an area manager in the Residential Business Unit at Vodafone Italia, overseeing the central Italy region. In 2015, they joined Assist Digital as an operation sales manager, leading sales activities for Italian and international brands across different industries. Currently, Giancarlo is the head of the direct channel at Multiversity Group, where they are responsible for managing and coordinating sales efforts.
Giancarlo Gargiulo attended the Istituto Tecnico per Geometri G. Porzio di Napoli from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Geometra degree. Subsequently, they enrolled at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II to pursue a degree in Ingegneria Edile (Civil Engineering), starting in 1994.
