Ralph Hollenstein

Ralph Hollenstein is a dedicated Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Multotec Group of Companies since August 2017, focusing on product and process improvement and interdepartmental integration. Previously, Ralph worked as a Design Engineer at Kwatani (Pty) Ltd. from February 2007 to June 2017, where responsibilities included assisting the drawing office, conducting Finite Element Analysis, and collaborating on product research and development. Earlier experience includes serving as a Maintenance Site Supervisor at B&E International, managing maintenance for a mobile crushing plant in Tanzania. Ralph holds a BScHons in Applied Science (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Pretoria, a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology, and a Matric from Bastion High School.
