Rich Holmes

Rich Holmes is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in enhancing operational excellence across various organizations. As the Director of Operations at both MUM Industries Inc. and BASILE Studio, Inc. since 2018 and 2017 respectively, Rich focuses on strengthening P&L and developing world-class leaders. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager and Quality Manager at ROC Industries Inc. from 2008 to 2016, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing engineering, production oversight, and quality assurance using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Rich holds an Executive MBA from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
