Daniel Gerardo Florez Romero has extensive experience in supply chain management and production. Daniel Gerardo started their career as an Assistant of Quality and later worked as an Inspector of Quality Control at Pronaca in 2006. In 2008, they joined Frutas Finas y Cía. S. en C as a Production Chief for a brief period. From 2008 to 2013, they held various roles at Grupo CBC, including Plant Chief and Quality Assurance Chief. During their time at Grupo CBC, they implemented strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce financial losses. In 2013, they joined Mesofoods as a Director of Production and later took on the role of Director of Plants, where they managed large teams, budgets, and implemented procedures to optimize inventory control and achieve production goals. Daniel Gerardo achieved significant improvements in employee retention, production fulfillment, and plant safety. Currently, they are working as the Head of Supply Chain at Muncher.
