Manuela Milberg

Manuela Milberg has extensive experience in the shipping product management field. Manuela currently holds the position of Shipping Product Director at Mundi, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Shipping Product Senior Manager at Mundi from December 2021 to February 2022.

Their previous experience includes roles at Mercado Libre, where they served as a Shipping Product Manager for the Latin American region from January 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they held the position of Shipping Product Supervisor for Latin America from October 2019 to January 2020.

Manuela also worked as a Customer Experience (CX) Process Supervisor for Mercado Libre's Latin American operations from August 2018 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and implementing projects to enhance the user experience. Their analytical skills and ability to redefine processes were crucial in delivering high-quality analysis and diagnostics.

Prior to joining Mercado Libre, Manuela gained experience as an Analyst in Continuous Improvement at the same company and as a Business Analyst at Value Partners Management Consulting.

Manuela Milberg attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2010 to 2016, where they obtained a Grado en Ingeniería degree in Ingeniería química. Prior to that, they attended St. Catherine's Moorlands School from 1997 to 2008, completing their Bachiller Bilingüe en Ciencias Económicas. Additionally, they obtained the International Baccalaureate Diploma from St. Catherine's Moorlands School in 2008, which included subjects such as Spanish, English, Math, Biology, Social Anthropology, and Art & Design. Manuela also completed ISA Oral English Exams at different levels, from Elementary to Advanced, at St. Catherine's Moorlands School.
