Shannon Bales

Shannon Bales is a seasoned professional in the field of litigation support and legal technology, currently serving as a Litigation Support Senior Manager at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP since May 2019. In addition to this role, Shannon has been an Adjunct Professor at Santa Ana College and an instructor at UCLA, specializing in legal technology. Shannon's extensive experience includes positions as Managing Director of Forensic and Litigation Consulting at FTI Consulting, and prior roles at Munger, Tolles & Olson, and Latham & Watkins. Shannon has also contributed to international legal efforts as a War Crimes Litigation Support Advisor for the United Nations. Active in professional organizations, Shannon serves on the Global Advisory Council for EDRM and the Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association Law Practice Management and Technology Section.
