Armin Hofer

Armin Hofer has a diverse work experience. Armin began their career as a lawyer at the Law Office of Armin Hofer in 1998 and continued in that role until 2015. During this time, they also served as the Group General Counsel, Managing Director, and Member of the Board at STAHLGRUBER Otto Gruber AG / REMA TIP TOP AG from 1999 to 2014. In 2008, they became the Chairman of the Board at REMA TIP TOP Polska Sp.z o.o. and the Managing Director at PREMA GmbH. From 2010 to 2014, they held multiple positions at REMA TIP TOP AG, including Vorstand / Member of the Board and Board of Directors. Armin also served on the Board of Directors at RIVOLTA Tip Top Industriale S.p.A from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Dornbach GmbH Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft as a Lawyer / Rechtsanwalt before moving to Flughafen München GmbH in 2016 as the Head of Corporate Investment Management.

Armin Hofer studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1990 to 1996, earning a degree in Rechtsanwalt.
