Norman Eng

Norman Eng is currently the Director of Innovation and Digital Solutions at Zurich Resilience Solutions, a position held since January 2022, where responsibilities include building risk services and platforms to enhance the resilience of global businesses and organizations. Prior to this role, Norman Eng served as the Director of Innovation and Digital Solutions at Zurich North America, focusing on delivering digital solutions for Risk Engineering services for over 13 years. Engagement in the Make The Difference global talent program led to recognition with the EFMA-Accenture "Global Innovator Award." Previous positions include Chief of Staff for Risk Engineering and Senior Risk Engineering Consultant, as well as roles at AIG and Lucent Technologies Bell Labs. Norman Eng holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
