Shawn Elliott

Shawn Elliott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President for People & Workplace Experience at Munich Re since April 2010. With a progressive career at Munich Re, Shawn has held various key positions including Vice President of Human Resources for Canada and Head of Global Talent Acquisition, focusing on strategies for talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement. Prior to joining Munich Re, Shawn owned a talent management consultancy and served as Director of Recruitment at TELUS, overseeing a large-scale recruitment operation. Earlier experience includes leading global recruitment efforts at Research In Motion. Shawn holds a CHRP degree in Human Resources from Fleming College.
