Robert Samson

Robert Samson currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Municipal Parking Services, focusing on innovative technology solutions for parking and public safety since September 2022. Previously, Robert held the position of Chief Information Officer for the State of New York from April 2017 to September 2019. Robert's extensive career at IBM, spanning from January 1973 to August 2009, included various leadership roles, culminating in the position of General Manager for the Global Public Sector. Educational credentials include a PMD 60 from Harvard Business School in 1989, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh (1971-1973), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biology from Bergen Community College (1969-1971).
