Ijeoma Lasebikan

Ijeoma Lasebikan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR programs and initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board since March 2017, Ijeoma oversees key areas such as policy development, legal compliance, recruitment, and employee training. Prior to this role, Ijeoma held positions at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, where leadership in designing HR programs and overseeing compensation and benefits was provided, and at United Planning Organization as a Compensation and Benefits Manager. Previous experience also includes roles as HR Specialist at GUARDSMARK LLC and HR Coordinator at WVSA Arts Connections. Ijeoma holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
