Tommy Crosby

Tommy Crosby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market structure and project management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Manager of Market Structure at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board since September 2022, Tommy has previously held roles as Project Manager for RIA Custody at Goldman Sachs and Project/Product Manager at Folio Investing. Tommy's career also includes a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley, where roles included Director and Associate. Earlier experience at Delaware Physicians Care involved contributions as a Healthcare Quality Management Analyst and intern. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Behavior Science from the University of Delaware, completed in 2011.
