Rachel Davis has over 15 years of experience in water management and conservation, currently serving as the Water Loss Control Programs Supervisor at the Municipal Water District of Orange County since September 2018. Rachel oversees leak detection staff and a variety of Water Loss Control services. Prior to this role, Rachel managed outdoor water conservation programs as a Water Use Efficiency Analyst II. In addition, Rachel has taught water conservation as an Adjunct Faculty member at Santiago Canyon College since August 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Analyst at Long Beach Water Department, where Rachel specialized in cross control connection, procurement, and efficiency analyses, as well as roles as a Conservation Assistant and Intern with various organizations. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Geography from California State University, Long Beach, a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from UCLA, and an Associate's degree in Water Utility Science from Santiago Canyon College.
