Paola Jesús Fernández Quinlan has extensive experience in social programs and educational psychology. Currently serving as the Encargada Vinculación con el Medio and Encargada Área Red La Reina Economía Comunal at Municipalidad de la Reina since January 2020, Paola Fernández focuses on community engagement and economic development initiatives.
