Jeff Bazil

Jeff Bazil is an experienced intercultural mediator currently serving at Municipalidad de Renca since April 2021, focusing on social inclusion and gender issues. In this role, Jeff is responsible for establishing an Indigenous and migrant affairs office to promote the development of these populations in Renca through an intercultural approach. Additionally, Jeff has developed a diagnostic assessment addressing the social and economic realities of migrants in the area to inform local intercultural programs in education, health, housing, participation, and economic development. Jeff has also worked as a freelance linguistic mediator at Red Apis since 2019, served as an intercultural facilitator at the DIRECCIÓN DE SALUD MUNICIPAL San Miguel from June to November 2020, and held a similar intercultural mediation role at Municipalidad de San Miguel from August 2018 to November 2020. Prior experience includes logistics operations at Maersk Container Industry from November 2017 to June 2018. Jeff Bazil holds a degree from Paodes Universidad, completed between 2010 and 2013.
