Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, compliance, and business management. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. From January 2016, Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana was a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational qualifications include a Degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
