Jairo Chávez has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Jairo began their career at Goma Agencia de Marketing as a Coordinator of Events, where they were responsible for coordinating, training, and selecting personnel for events for brands such as Telefónica, Blackberry, Nestle, Susalud, and Av Villas. Jairo then moved to DECORCERAMICA in 2012, where they were the Coordinator of Loyalty and Marketing, responsible for managing the loyalty program and executing strategic alliances. From 2014 to 2015, Jairo worked at TigoUne as a Team Leader and Trainer, where they were in charge of coordinating and supervising the sales team and creating strategies to meet KPIs. Jairo Chávez attended Universidad Externado de Colombia from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained an Administrador de Empresas degree in Administracion. In 2015, they began attending Universidad ICESI and graduated with a Mater Mercadeo degree in Mercadeo in 2018. In October 2017, they obtained an EF Standarized English Test: B2 Upper Intermediate 55/100 certification from EF Education First.
