Daren Dodson's work experience starts in 1991 as a Cost Accountant at IBM. Daren then moved on to roles as a Controller at Collins & Aikman and The Woodbridge Group, where they managed financial functions and championed lean manufacturing. From 2010 to 2012, Dodson served as a Plant Controller at Martinrea International, overseeing both financial and IT functions while promoting lean manufacturing. At Johnson Controls, they held the positions of Plant Controller and Director of Continuous Improvement & Best Business Practices, focusing on financial performance improvement and the implementation of lean principles. Dodson also worked as a Controller at Milsco Manufacturing and as Chief Financial Officer at American National Molding. At Tecomet Lansing, they served as a Finance Business Partner and Controller, working on profitability improvements and cash flow management. Most recently, Dodson has been the Group Finance Director, Americas at Munters, managing plants in the food technology field. Overall, Dodson has a diverse range of experiences in finance, accounting, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
Daren Dodson has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Holt High School from 1983 to 1986, where they received a High School Diploma with a focus on College Preparation.
