Jim Hungate

Jim Hungate serves as the Senior People Services Manager for the Southeast US at Munters since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in strategic Human Resources leadership across various industries. Previously, Jim held positions such as Human Resources Director at Empire Bakery Commissary and Senior Human Resources Manager at Marvin and Virginia Transformer Corp. Notable achievements include reducing turnover rates and improving safety audit scores at Perdue Farms, standardizing HR processes at Nautilus Inc., and successfully negotiating labor agreements at Cargill.
