Monica Wei

Monica Wei has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Monica most recently served as the Head of HR APAC at Munters starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at GEELY Design Global from June 2018 to September 2020. Before that, they held various roles at 6717, including M&A Project Manager, HR, HR Business Partner APAC, Internal Trainer, HR Manager of Rewards & Mobility, GC, Senior HR Specialist, and HR Specialist from 2007 to 2018. Additionally, Monica served as the Plant HR Manager at Lanxess Liyang Polyols Co., Ltd from January 2017 to June 2018.

Monica Wei completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Donghua University from 2003 to 2007. Currently, they are pursuing further education at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) with an undetermined degree and field of study, starting in 2023.
