Teresa Matias

Teresa Matias is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global QEHS Manager for Munters since August 2014, Teresa has also held strategic positions such as Strategic Operations Global Quality Warranty & QMS Manager and Quality Assurance Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Assurance Manager at Improved Piping Products and Temple Inland McQueeney Gypsum, as well as Co-Owner of a private business. Teresa's career began at ITW Electronic Component Packaging Systems, where responsibilities included serving as Quality Director. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Product and Machine Design from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
