Flor Gonzalez

Flor Gonzalez has a long and varied work experience. Flor began their career in 2007 as a Commission Sales Associate at Wireless Product Innovations, where they were responsible for reaching quotas and providing exceptional service to customers. Flor was also responsible for keeping up to date with consumer cellphone electronics for customer support and explaining service agreements to customers before signing contracts. In 2013, Flor moved to MB Financial Bank, where they served as an IT Operations Administrator. In this role, they oversaw Network Operating centers functionality on third shift, logged help requests in ticketing system and assigned to the appropriate team, handled important notifications in SSCM and contacted appropriate engineer to resolve the malfunction, maintained ATMs functional or dispatched appropriate vendor for quick resolution, and ran systematic checks on equipment and applications. In 2014, Flor began working at FedEx Office, where they held various roles, including Flagship Manager, Senior Center Manager, Center Manager, Business Center Manager, and Assistant Manager. Flor currently works as an Office and Facilities Manager at Muon Space, a position they have held since 2022.

Flor Gonzalez attended DeVry University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator.
