Justin Shoup started their work experience in 2005 as a Customer Account Executive at Comcast Cable, where they resolved technical cable service issues and assisted customers with billing and services. In 2008, they worked as an Information Specialist at OneCoast, responsible for processing web orders and handling customer inquiries. From 2010 to 2013, Justin worked at SnapRetail, starting as an Information Specialist and eventually becoming the Director of Customer Success.
