Karen Baylon

Karen Baylon has extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist and previously as a Customer Support Representative at MURAL since July 2021. Prior to this role, Karen worked at 99designs as a CSR for three years and served as an Administrator at Astraasia for a brief period. Karen's career also includes experience as an IT Specialist at SE and as a Technical Support Representative at Convergys, beginning in 2008 and continuing for several years.
