Fred Walker

Fred Walker has extensive work experience in the field of business brokerage and real estate. Fred served as the President and Area Developer for Murphy Business Brokers and Appraisers, overseeing operations in Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia since 2007. Fred also worked as an active Business Broker for the same company in Maryland. In 2015, Fred joined Landmark Commercial Ltd as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, specializing in buying, selling, and advising on commercial and investment real estate.

Fred Walker obtained a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) degree with a focus on Foreign Trade, Economics, and International Transportation from Georgetown University, which they completed between 1959 and 1963. Fred also pursued additional studies at Georgetown University, obtaining a BSFS degree with a specialization in Economics and Foreign Trade, along with minors in Business and International Transportation.

In terms of certifications, Fred obtained the Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Intermediary (CMAI) certification from Murphy Business & Financial Corporation in June 2015.
