Nick Maloof

Nick Maloof is the owner and managing broker of Maloof Properties, Inc., where Nick oversees transactions for clients and broker associates with a focus on short-sales. Nick is also the regional manager of Murphy Business & Financial Corporation, leading a team of business brokers in Northern CA. Additionally, Nick is the owner and managing attorney of Maloof Law Group, APC, handling family law, estate planning, and business and real estate transactions. Prior to this, Nick owned Maloof Law & Realty and worked as an associate attorney at Diepenbrock Law Firm. Nick holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Davis, a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, and an MBA from California State University-Sacramento.
